It all depends on the time of day and what day of the week it is, mostly it seems that if it is during the slow times or nonweekends the assistance can be better.
Most of the time they point me in the right direction and are very helpful and knowledgeable but I am 74 maybe they feel I am in need of help
It is hit and miss. I have had very good customer service and I have employees ignore me while standing a few feet away.

It may take a few minutes to get someone, but I find them to be very friendly and helpful. It depends on the time of day, which dept.
