I dont have an idea who my social worker is yet I have to set up the interview for snap and medicaid. How do I find out my social workers name and extension when I can't talk to anyone on the phone?

The receptionists can look up your file so just call or come in!

Talk to the front desk and they will transfer you to someone. They will ask for your information to the right person.
