Talk to the people at the front desk. Sometimes they can get you in with someone right away if you have a few minutes to wait.

There is a phone in the lobby that will connect you to your case worker. Otherwise one of the receptionists can make you an appointment. But keep in mind that they don't accept or return calls on Wednesdays.
