Not the one independence 40 hwy location
The owners of the one on 350 highway in Raytown seem to be closing (owners retiring), but not this one on 40 hwy in Independence.
Gary and his wife are actually retiring and closing a business December 31st so the other one sat there associated with his Blue Springs and Lee Summit. The 40 Highway location of course is a funhouse but that was the Rival family member.

No. The one in raytown is closing next year. The owner of it is retiring but the rest of them will remain open
