17 total people, 6 tandems and six students plus a solo jumper
There were about 18 or so. You get packed in like sardines and are sitting essentially like horse back riding on a bench. So you're backed into someone and someone is backed into you. We fit about 8 on one seat (tandem) and 6 (also tandem on another) with 4 folks (also tandem) sitting on the floor of the plane. It's not terribly uncomfortable and honestly, the instructors and everyone get to chat going up and make jokes which helps easy an jitters (I didn't get jitters until we were actually at the open door with our legs hanging out and my tandem, without a seconds notice threw us out the door. It was my first time and the thrill was exactly what I signed up for. It was a great experience and the instructors... they're awesome to say the least.
