Oh ...I'm still waiting for a call after 9 months. I went back and told them they never called me. They blamed me the patient..can you imagine? Unprofessional. They made me go without meds for 1 month... Said oh I don't know....still no call back. License should be taken away. Horrible incompetent Drs and nurses and staff.😤
Cookie, I couldn't agree with you more!! The gals at the front desk were all so UNFRIENDLY!!! If I asked a question, it was like I was inconveniencing them. Their answers were very short & snippy. Then to top it off I waited for 1.5 hours for the Dr to even show up. No one was at the desk upstairs to talk to. Then nurse that FINALLY came to get me was as friendly as a dead fish!! Trying to get the Dr to respond back to me takes a minimum of two WEEKS. That's not acceptable. I understand that they are busy. Two weeks is a bit much. And then the Dr wanted me to call them at home? Their spouse wasn't happy about that.
