I pay $40/monthly which includes use of the massage chairs and hydromassage beds, tanning, and towel service. Another perk of the $40 plan is half off on water purchases. The start-up fee was $20. The monthly cost without these extras is $20 which is great for this full-service facility.
I'm not sure, around $20 I think. They run specials now and then.
