Missed my appt by hours because my dog was at the vets. They squeezed me in and got me out in a few minutes for a aamll job and didn't charge me. I bought Jeep out of state, will definetly be coming here for routine maintenance.

The tables are divided by walls, it's always been like that. They all wear their face masks, everything is clean, they have barriers when you sign, you keep the pens you sign with and they provide hand sanitizer for you. They also wear gloves when you hand them any cards or money to pay with. They're as safe as they can be.
They have a great parts and services department but on Sunday. You'll have to call them in the morning! I hope you're not stranded and that you have a AAA if you are stranded. AAA offers 1 free day rental, and a discount on Future Days. Also if you have AAA premium and you're more than 100 miles from home will you pay for the motel and can be reimbursed. Try this Say OK Google call Crystal Chrysler Monday morning at 8 OK Google call AAA Monday morning at 8:30 LOL I hope you're put it in a safe place. That's the first question AAA asks when you call them. I love AAA.
Shop guys are very attentive to detail, can't speak for inside staff.
