Such a horrible place to live in. When something breaks or needs repairing, they never end up coming or give some lame excuse. My door has been broken for almost a year now for, after a good 2 calls each month. The staff pretends to know nothing and sometimes can be so rude and sarcastic. During the community parties in the raffles, somehow, magically, coincidentally the stuff always goes to the maintenance guys and the secretaries. There is also trash everywhere outside, it's ugly and untaken care of. Dead trees and dead bushes everywhere, one of the only times the gardners came by, they said that they rarely pay them so they don't come often. Only seen them once or twice per year. The only good thing about these apartments is the mountain view, and that is if you get an apartment at the back. One of the 3 pools is the only one that's open and people from even outside the community come in the pool. Terrible place

Management is the worst have no professional manners. They need to go back to school for management and customer service. The complex is falling apart, dead trees, bushes, no grass and dirty, it looks ghetto with a new slum Lord... They also don't follow any of their policies and use it when it's convenient to them and keep your deposit. I was told that they automatically keep your deposit and charge you anything extra they need to fix. I was charged for a broken window that was done after I move out.. and they Also kept my pet deposit even though i didn't have any animal damage in my apartment. I ended up just getting a $100 back from 650 deposit I put down. This company or apartment complex are disgusting and unprofessional don't recommend anybody to move in there..
