One way is. Simmering them in about a half inch of water until the water is all gone while flipping them over to allow each side to cook. YouTube also has many videos on how to prepare bratwurst and other great meats that Wurst sells. Hope that helped
Brown onions butter in pan, add little beer, cover, cook til done, check internal temp with meat thermometer
Simmering in a little water and then Browning the sides is how I like it best.
