They came on time. Fixed the problem, and did a free quick check of other appliances

* Juril was the best technician ever. He was informative courteous and knowledgeable. He did actually did a complete check up of the water heater..no other tech has ever done such a good job! He was also Covid compliant and came ready to work wearing his mask and shoe covers!

Edited: I reached out to Sears as requested below. I had an email from the manufacturer that the items were covered, a screen shot of my texts setting up the appointment asking if they needed more information or were all set and it was confirmed they had what they needed, and a screen shot where they said the service call would be $99 if it wasn’t covered but they charged me $106. Sears would do nothing to help. They said the receipt wasn’t entered into the computer when I bought it so they couldn’t help me. No one ever mentioned the receipt before and clearly found me to make the service call (proven with text images.). Luckily my bank had amazing customer service and handled the issue. The overcharge was just the icing on the cake that they would not even refund the difference. I wonder why they are going out of business?! Technician was polite and explained everything well. 5 stars for him. Not happy with Sears service itself. I specifically asked multiple times if the item was still under warranty and they said if it’s in the manual it is. I had an email from the company that some parts were covered for lifetime, but I guess they were not. The person who set the service call up didn’t set it as a warranty call. They also didn’t let me know about the fuel charge. Had I known there was no warranty I wouldn’t have had a tech out. A waste of $105 and I feel both Sole and Sears were not upfront with me even when I asked clear questions.

I will have to give the guys credit to. They've come as many as three times and twice with two techs on one problem call to fix my microwave. I'm glad I have the service contract. By the way, yes, it's a very expensive microwave convection oven so it's worth fixing.
You’ll get the same appointment availability, regardless of whether you book online or call. Booking online is easy, and usually takes less time than calling.
