Susan, I saw the same thing, and actually fell for it. It is a scam website, whose PayPal account owner is apparently Chinese (Chinese name with Chinese charcters). I called PayPal to file a claim, saying purchase was a scam. The rep was helpful getting my claim set up, helping me to claim I didn'treceive the items. Chinese fake PayPal account owner had 10 days to respond and prove they were shipping what I'd paid for (no state sales tax charged, a red flag). The account owner didn't respond, so I got a refund of what I'd paid from PayPal. The scam website may be phishing for your PayPal login or stealing your credit card number. I quickly changed my PayPal login to secure my account when I realized what happened.
