Thanks for the inquiry! We don’t have “rent” - each home represents a share in the corporation that owns and operates the park. Once you buy a home (share) - which are sold based on the current market, you only pay utilities, property taxes (or DMV fees, depending on the age of the home) and a monthly assessment that is currently under $150/month. Many people who own their homes pay less than $500/month to live there.
