You own your own home you also own the property it sets on. The fees are a $135.00 a month which includes cable , trash & water..

Our park is a share-owned senior-only park and does not allow rentals. Each share represents a space typically with a mobile home on it. Homes with the associated share sell for between $400k and $720k when available.

Hello... I am interested in buying here at this mobile home park when I retire. Can anyone tell me how much the space rent is? I would love to know if it is a possibility for me.
