Absolutely. Each campsite has a small fire ring with grill for cooking / BBQ. The park area / group area also has a larger BBQ options (reservations are suggested).

Yes you can they have a very large fire pit but if you're like I and everyone else usually take a barbecue with you but they do have them at both Campground primitive and full hookup

Yes you can barbecue there there's a big fire pit if you want to do a big barbecue and also smaller barbecues there's also an excellent fire pit down by the stage so unless there is any sort of a fire band barbecuing is a great thing to do at El Charro!
Yes and there is a BBQ pit inside the dog park as well as smaller ones outside the dig park.
