I switched to T mobile before metro and t mobile merged the plan was better and unlimited everything. 50 ea line. Check what is current good luck.

I didn't switch

When you change your service from t-mobile to metro pcs they don't give you any benefit, because they say metro and t-mobile are associated. They telk me that when I try to transfer my t-mobile number to metro So, try calling for more information.

I know Metro has a family plan, 4/$100, but I think the other plans work where if you add a line to your account, they take $5 or $10 off of the second line and so forth. I believe there is a $15 per line activation fee, and yes, you can keep your same phone number.
