We just purchased a fridge from them and they were punctual and very deliberate about their work. You are correct though if you get a bad subcontractor and it can be a headache.
What did they say when you called? We move A LOT and this area is the worst for maintenance and repair calls. Not sure this is more of Best Buy's review as much as it is the subcontractor.*either way stinks. Good luck!
