Hi Kim, I haven't had the same experience but if someone is using a phone during a movie I go out and report it to a manager and they're in the theater immediately to deal with that person.
Kim, you posted your comment under the question/answer part of Regal Cinemas. I/we do NOT work for or affiliated to them we are Google local guide's that answer questions about businesses that we are familiar with. I do agree with everything you wrote, you can bring it to the Theaters Manager in the future. I suggest that you re-write your complaint under "REVIEWS" section, that's where the Theater will see your comments!
