Yes they are.
The cost to renovate is going to come from someone's pocket. It makes sense it's going to be the consumer.
Thats the going price for movies now a days. $12 to $15 per ticket
Agreed!
Its all relevant. If the price was 25 cents to watch a movie then we would all still be working for 85 cents an hour like they did in 1960. Now that the minimum wage is almost $9 an hour you pay $15 to see a movie. If you are over 65 and go see a movie on a weekday afternoon the cost is about $8.50.
The prices aren't insane so you pay 12 to $15 for a ticket what theaters are offers you electric reclining couch chairs it's totally awesome for the money if you want to talk about being insane just talk about Super Bowl tickets $2,500 you got to be a crackhead to buy those tickets but seriously 15 bucks you can't go out to eat a decent restaurant for that and you call that insane this is just my opinion and I'm not a rich guy I'm just like the rest of you and I've been to the theater and it was the most badass couches I ever sat in at a theater that's just my opinion folks
