How long have you been had it? Did you purchase the extended Geek Squad Protection Plan? If you have the plan they will probably just replace it in the store under the plan. If you do not have the plan I would go to the Cedar Bluff store and talk to the Samsung Experience Team (work for Samsung not Best Buy) and they can give you advise on how to proceed with getting it replaced it possible. Take it in and have the geek squad double check it I'm sure they'll tell you if it needs to be replaced I'd call them first though may be able to answer over the phone
