I came to look for a case for my tab S7+ and a square terminal. I was never greeted or offered any help. It took me 15min to find the square terminal and I couldn't find a single android tablet case (even though they sell the tablets). A lot of the shelves were empty as well. I'd rather drive to one a little further away that has a better selection.

Ordered an item that showed tomorrow as a pickup date. Best Buy decided to cancel my item. Well since the item I ordered was available for in store pickup, I placed the order again, just for them to email me 10 minutes later stating the item was not in stock. So now there are 2 charges on my card and no device. Chat support was completely worthless as well.

There are no longer direct phone lines in the store, only a corporate call center, don't blame the employees for that, blame the corporate higher ups.

Yes. They do have a $15 haul away fee or you can bring it to the store and pay a $25 recycling fee. In store size is restricted but I don't think they restrict the haul away size. You can also look at www.earth911.org for other recycling options but I believe the haul away is cheapest option.

If you are asking about repairs, Geek Squad is certified by Apple to repair Apple products. As for sales they sell Apple products and have experts but not representatives from Apple that I know of at this location.

How long have you been had it? Did you purchase the extended Geek Squad Protection Plan? If you have the plan they will probably just replace it in the store under the plan. If you do not have the plan I would go to the Cedar Bluff store and talk to the Samsung Experience Team (work for Samsung not Best Buy) and they can give you advise on how to proceed with getting it replaced it possible. Best Buy return/exchange policy is 15 days with a reciept. If the product is not open (still factory sealed) they can USUALLY give you store credit a few days past the return policy. Just ask the customer service employee nicely and explain your reason. They can usually ask a manager to make an exception in those cases.

I would brave the fury of a artic storm surrounded by rabid polar bears for my mother. In short go get in line and wait and see if not you can always order it on line and either pick it up or have it delivered. And dont forget cyber monday is just as good if not better.
