Told me they'd sharpen my mower over the phone, and then told me they wouldn't when I brought it in. Thanks for wasting my gas and time. Response to owner: you said it needed a special machine, which isn't true. You can do it with grinding compound and a drill, or even just a grinding wheel. This tells me I was better off not trusting you guys anyway. If you have no idea what you're talking about, just say that the first time instead of lying.

Can I leave negative stars? Don't take your mower here. Took in our mower to sharpen the blades. As soon as we used the mower after picking up we noticed something was wrong. We called them and they wouldn't get it back in for a month - so no functional mower for all that time. When we took it in they found that half the blades were missing. They denied any responsibility for not re-installing the blades on the first visit. They charged us to replace the blades they lost! Unbelievable, horrible experience.

I just called The Mower Shop to price a starter used for a Kohler Courage 17 they told me they charge about half the price of a new oneFor a used one I asked them how much that it would be $150. A new one is less than $150. THEIVES!
