Customer service is not this locations specialty. While you should calmly wait, a business should be ready to serve you the moment its opened not have its employees just arriving.

First things first that's crazy anyways I would definitely have a talk with the manager about the situation then I would go to a different location I would say never go back but Dunkin donuts is amazing

A store should be ready to serve when it is open, but if employees are just arriving, let the manager know. They may not be aware this happens. If you are there early, wait a few minutes for them to get the brewing started.
