They don't have anything to do with refinancing. They are realtors that give cash incentives for working with them in the future.
Not sure, I have my property listed with them. I purchased a new home, and the Builder had their own lenders for VA.
I dont know..they are realtors who sold my property for me. As realtors I would use them again if needed.
