Do you always charge Gratuity on a party of 7 with out informing the customer? So the waitress receives over 2 times the tip? And when the customer calls to discuss this no manager is ever available and no one returns a call.

Dawn, we charge a 18% gratuity on groups of 6 or more. This is written on your receipt when is presented to you.
