We pulled up to the entrance tonight (Friday night) at 8:50 pm. We walked to the door and couldn't open it. The door was locked. All the lights were on and three employees were standing inside talking. My daughter said we should go because they must be closed. My husband said maybe they were drive thru only. So, we drove around. They answered at the speaker. My husband ordered my daughter's cone and we pulled around. When we asked about the front door being locked, the older lady that took our order said, "Yes, we are closing up." My husband commented that it wasn't quite closing time but the door was locked and no one made an attempt to come unlock it. She just smiled and said it was close to closing time. My daughter's cone was about 1/3 full of ice cream. I think they did it on purpose to let us know that did not appreciate us coming by ten minutes before closing. We won't be back.

My friends and I stopped at their drive through. Our order wasn't complicated and we were being polite (as normal people are), but the manager suddenly came outside and told us to leave because he didn't want to serve us anymore. I could understand this if we were being rude, but as I stated, it was a totally normal interaction until that happened. I'm really baffled and not sure what prompted his reaction. We drove off and they started serving the people behind us, so it seems like we were singled out. Please heed the other reviews here and don't come here unless you want to risk randomly being refused service in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner. We went to the Dunkin' Donuts in Chesterton and got our food in a fast and friendly manner.

Ordered today, bacon was not even cooked all the way, I don't normally write reviews because I understand that things could happen, as a fast food worker myself, their customer service is terrible. Just seems like they want me out, nothing to do with me, this was at 3:00 to the person taking the orders at the drive through, and then I get a croissant for my mother, she ends up almost choking from the bacon and dying, what kind of food place is this? Can't cook right? Heard about messed up drinks? And if they mess up your order they talk about you like it's your fault?? Forget this trash place, I rather literally go spend money on the starbucks drinks they sell in the fridges at retail stores, this is complete trash, and no concern to customers whatsoever. I wish I could review lower, but one star is mandatory for me to even post this, don't order here. Period, please, I hope they go out of business here in Michigan City, there's no pride here whatsoever, just a disgrace.

I will never order from this location again. $18 later, less than desirable coffee and 3/6 hard Donuts it was obvious they were sat out for more than a few days. I think I spent $30 in total with tip on six Donuts and a coffee. Never again.
