Got food here on 7/30 @ 7 p.m. Terrible experience. - The restaurant was filthy. - The bathrooms were out of toilet paper and no one has bothered to clean them since it opened this morning. - They were out of multiple food items. - then when we got our food, it went from bad to worse. Drinks were diluted, and the food just didn't taste right. Anyways, if you love KFC, avoid this location. Until there is better management, it's not worth your money.

This place is always slower than it would take to kill a chicken and cook it myself. The drive thru is always closed and the chicken is always burnt.

Worst kfc order chicken fell thru the box when I got it home fell on the floor I'm surprised there was any oil left for them to make more chicken. Was not crispy was not done either afraid to give to the dog. Manager is trying to keep her job so assumes I'm trying to steal from no more kfc Michigan city.🤢🤮

Wow! 😱 this place is hands down the BEST KFC I have ever been to, not only was the food hot and crispy and just freshly cooked but the service was phenomenal! Moniqua was our cashier and was super helpful in customizing my meal for me, she was funny and super personable, ALWAYS ask for her! If all KFC’s had awesome employees like her I’d be there everyday.......and like 500 lbs.... but regardless THANK YOU Moniqua!
