No our parking ticket was validated by one of the market vendors when we bought some lunch. It cost us 5$ and there was fresh sesfood, veggies and baked items like a grocery store for residents. I thought it was interesting. The pretzel dogs,and The Original cookie company were very good and affordable.

NO! There is no obligation to buy anything, either. And...if you park in the garage on 12th Street you can get validated parking with a $10 purchase...parking is then only $4
