No, there is no seating inside at this time, and you must wear a mask to enter. One entrance was open when I went last week across from Home 2 hotel.

Oh yes...there are so many places to eat.. there is diner also...but in this pandemic situation, it's not much open....and no places to dine inside the market...until covid 19 situations gets better...
