Does anybody over there ever answer the phone there? I have called approximately 20X over the course of 2 days and nobody has ever picked up and you cannot leave a message.

Just called twice. They picked up immediately, both times.

I had no problems when i called..it was late afternoon when i called.

Yes they have answered before. They are busy and I saw two to three people working hard each time i was there.
