And here we go again, another useless horrible phone rep who won’t help. Why’s it so hard for people to just respond hello & then let me talk. Ignorant people really ruin your day. You call around for prices, you call to see if they can service you, you call because who wants to make an unnecessary trip to a store that ends up not being able to help then charges way more then another place? I advise stay away.

Yes they cut heels down and are reasonably priced.
He might be able to pad the inside a bit but I doubt he can make a big size change to them. If he can't do it, no one can!
