I went in there for a simple alteration on the sleeves of my jumper and they immediately told me no, they couldn’t do it. All it was, was taking off material in the arms. That’s it. Told me no, but spoke in their language first, before telling me No. I thought it was rude. I left. Took my things over to another cleaners and low and behold, THEY DID WHAT I NEEDED, no problems at all. So either Frankford Cleaners were lazy, incompetent, or didn’t wanna do my alterations cause I was Black. I wouldn’t dare give this place a dime of mines.

Staff on site didn't even attempt any alterations. Was told it was too much to do and would cost too much. Left and found somewhere else to go!
