Do these store have British made boots?

I wanted British made Dr martens for life boots. I was tricked. They said the boot were made in England. They are for life. But after I got them home it said in the toung made in Thailand. What should I do. I just played $230 for discount boots. They swore they were from England. I got them from the Dr marten store in Washington DC. I think they screwed me because i lived far away

I think only some styles are made in England but not many.
