The customer service was Beyond my expectations. I love to shop in person than online. What makes the shopping experience super and unforgettable is the sales people attitude and their energy. I can say this is my very first smooth and delightful shopping experience since I moved to the states. Kelly & Luke were fantastic! Strictly enforced. Commendable
I wanted British made Dr martens for life boots. I was tricked. They said the boot were made in England. They are for life. But after I got them home it said in the toung made in Thailand. What should I do. I just played $230 for discount boots. They swore they were from England. I got them from the Dr marten store in Washington DC. I think they screwed me because i lived far away
