I'm not entirely sure. We went up last year in March it wasnt for us but the ground was still damp where the sun wasnt hitting it. Water rushes fast and its higher than normal in March and April. The water is ice cold so be prepared if you're planning to go all the way up. Makes for a cold hike back down.
