Not doing a good and honest business. They will charge you an extra $20 daily, even if you have a parking pass with them. Talked to two support reps. Both reps were not understanding and hung up after I asked their names. My request to speak to the manager was, of course, denied.

If I could give zero star I would have, it says it is 18$ For a day park but charged us 30$. The customer service was bad and have shady money making tactics, don’t park your car here there are many better parking spots in the city

Difficult to get out of after the event

Went to a show at the Eccles Theater and parked in the Regent Street Garage. Parking is literally right across the street from the Eccles Theater. Two attendants assisted drivers with parking passes as you entered the garage. The attendants were very helpful and explained there are elevators and stairs at the north and south ends of the garage. We purchased $5 event parking. Show ended at 10 PM. No issues getting inside the garage after the show. Attendants directed traffic for a fairly fast exit from the garage.
