Easy hike yes baby carrier friendly. Not too steep
There are roughly 150 stair steps near the beginning. Right before the cascade there is a patch of rock shake that is inevitably wet. I climbed with a 4 year old, holding her hand over the wet rock. She got a bit sick of the steps on the way down.
