Salad bar with 34 salad options and then while at table you have a card that says yes, please and on other side no thank you & gauchos come by with various meat and will cut it off skewer after telling them how you prefer your meat. When you do not want anymore meat flip to no thank you. Great food and time, it is a Brazilian Steakhouse
