We had two handicapped grandparents and they loved every moment. You can rent golf carts to go around and see all the gardens if you're interested. I would recommend making your reservations in advance if you want a motorized scooter or golf cart because the wait was pretty long for those that didn't have reservations.
Yes , very much so. They have carts and wheelchairs.( Cost extra) Call ahead and reserve since they sell out fast.
They do but know that the carts can't go everywhere and there are not a lot of bathrooms in general let alone handicapped bathrooms out in the gardens. Several areas are only accessible by stairs (with my stroller I even have to skip some stuff). It's still a nice event and they do offer accommodations just want you to have realistic expectations. Hope you can enjoy it!
Yes, they even have motorized carts if necessary and it's all paved pathways.
