Story telling was a lot of fun and good stories.

Absolutely stunning! A wonderful day and activity for the whole.
Chad Gregory
Amazing tulips in the desert, complete with a waterfall. Lately waterfall is turned off due to drought, but gardens still amazing.
Heather Bostrom
Beautiful grounds. I have come to the gardens 4 times this summer and there are always different flowers to see. I am sad that they turned off the waterfall, but due to the drought I understand.

The 2018 Tulip Festival goes from April 13 - May 5. Hours are Monday - Saturday 9am - 8pm, with an 8am opening time for Thanksgiving Point members. (10am opening on 4/28.)
The golf carts rented here are for four people and they're $60 for a 2-hour rental if reserved online.
This year (2019) they are doing a "timed ticketing experience" so if it's a busy day (Saturday) you may want to buy online or call ahead to make sure there are still tickets available when you want them. But yes, you can buy them when you arrive.
It really can vary widely depending on the crowds, the weather, your own pace, and how complete you wish to be. With two young kids on a particularly crowded Saturday (with a stop at the food trucks) we were there over 2 1/2 hours and didn't see it all. I know in a previous year with no kids, on a not crowded but especially hot day I was there near an hour or less.
My health insurance pays for my yearly pass in lieu of a gym pass. A yearly pass is more economical.
Fridays and Saturdays
I havepurchased tickets for april 14th I need to change these tickets can you help me?
The senior discount is age 65 and over.
Yes, at least I had to pick a time when I was getting my tickets online, but there were people buying tickets at the door too. So if you're question was more in relation to are they selling tickets at the door, yes they are.
I'm not sure. I don't think so... they could be cause they extended the festival to this weekend. I'd verify if they are still opened this weekend and confirm.
The tulip festival is extended for another week, so wait after the 15th and look for the bags of bulbs they'll have for sale (I've also seen them available for purchase at the Tower Campus in the butterfly biosphere and at the farm). Happy planting!

It takes as long as you want it to if you appreciate the work they put into it and the beautiful flowers time really doesn't matter 😊
The only venues open at Thanksgiving Point on Sundays are the golf course and movie theater.
$20 for adults 13 and older if you buy in advance. $15 for children and seniors in advance. At the door, the prices go up $5 per person.
You would have to call them and see what they can do for you
We had two handicapped grandparents and they loved every moment. You can rent golf carts to go around and see all the gardens if you're interested. I would recommend making your reservations in advance if you want a motorized scooter or golf cart because the wait was pretty long for those that didn't have reservations.
I'm not sure how you can get free tickets. They do have senior prices. If you know someone with a membership, ask if they will take you, and your hockey is half price. They have wheelchairs and golf carts to rent. If you have trouble walking, I would make that recommendation.
During the 2018 Tulip Festival, on May 4 there is a swing dance from 6:30 - 8:30 PM. The Utah Swing Orchestra will be playing. On May 5 the festival finishes with The American Heritage Lyceum Orchestra , starting at 7:30 PM. Both are included in the admission price. Adults are $20. Kids 3-12 and seniors 65+ are $15. Thanksgiving Point members and kids 2 and under are free.
I believe that with the exception of service animals, dogs are only allowed in the Ashton Gardens during the Dog Days of Summer event in September.
The senior discount is for age 65 and up.
