Yes, there is a time limit. Whether renting a locker or room, limits are the same. However, on weekdays max time limit allowed is 8 hrs. While weekends max time limit is 6 hrs.
Yes there is a specified number of hours (8 or 12 if I recall correctly) but they don't take reservations.
