Why when you call your told to hold. I do mean told to hold. They never come back to the phone? Then you call back three times and still get the same results?

Never experienced that. Great food and service everytime for me. Bad luck, I guess.

It all has to do with management. They are not managing and running the restaurant how it should be run. And they dont care about the reviews because like I said before the food is really good..
