The place is one of a kind. Most guests seem to use the drive-thru. The food serving size is plenty. It’s worth the price and small wait. Online menu needs update.

Delicious griot, bunon, oxtail and other Haitian staple dishes. Chez line down the street is a little more authentic, but Chef Creole has a drive thru and shaded outdoor seating that you can't beat.

I had an even WORSE experience. I ordered my food online where it clearly said it comes with 11 fried chicken wings and when I got there it was only 5 wings (less than half of what I ordered) so I can't if I could have some more and they NO. NEVER GOING BACK AFTER THAT WASTE OF $20!
I can believe that. I've waited immensely on several occasions. Their ordering system is ancient.
They are usually busy and don't have time to talk. You order what evers on the menu. Also it being greasy it's called fried chicken for a reason lol. You have to expect it to have grease since its cooked in oil and has its own natural grease. They would have to pat dry your food 2 get more oils out. Also they are usually busy so it may not have a lot of time to drain properly. You can't a mom and pop shop to have high quality standards

Chef Creole is very cautious with COVID for both our customers and our staff. No staff is permitted to work having any signs or symptoms. Hand sanitation procedures are in effect continuously throughout staff shifts. Masks are mandatory for both staff and customers. Sneeze guards are in place at every counter. Sanitizing products are located throughout each location and accessible by customers and staff.

I have waited for hours at Chef Creole before... But if anyone knows Chef Creole the food is worth the wait. Like someone said before me "YOU CANNOT RUSH PERFECTION" you can complain about the wait but never about the food... 🔥🔥🔥
