They are usually busy and don't have time to talk. You order what evers on the menu. Also it being greasy it's called fried chicken for a reason lol. You have to expect it to have grease since its cooked in oil and has its own natural grease. They would have to pat dry your food 2 get more oils out. Also they are usually busy so it may not have a lot of time to drain properly. You can't a mom and pop shop to have high quality standards
