My so called sister in law gave me the wrong date of my brother’s service by 2 days and I’m wanting to know if the services are video taped so it can be watched if someone couldn’t be there for one reason or another?

I’m looking for some closure and I was robbed of that when my sister in law gave me the wrong date for his service.

You would have to speak to your funeral director. Not sure if Cemetery will do that.
