Worst internet company known to man. They tell you you have the best equipment then you lose connection for a week straight. You call and they then tell you that model has had multiple problem they tell you they will change it but no one ever shows.

Ive had many problems in the past and still having issues now. Called their number and got the worst tech ever in the phone. I was an inconvenience to his life and he sounded like he was not paying attention to our conversation...

Agreed, this service is a complete scam, they told me is gonna be just 30$ per month and now they are charging me more than 50$, no internet almost all day

Honestly they aren’t great but it works they have upped the price which has lost them my business

Yep and my neighbor had the same problem here in Ramwood East Condos. I will keep my BellSouth until they force me off of it....lol
