I use to be with blue stream i changed company they always have problem!
Call them for a tech to come out and get credit for the days you were out.... Also get a technocolor modem they work
No outages here. We are on Coral Ridge and Atlantic. But it wouldnt surprise me if we start having outages. It has been too long without.
Thanks! Will definitely give them a call as I keep resetting the box with no success and the cable is fine so.....? Also bluestream updated my cable boxes but never my modem... could that have some correlation?
