Contstantly slow internet. Horrible range. On hold all the time. They have one solution - switch out the modem every time. 3 modems so far and sometimes I get less the 2 MG speed. NOT worth it - looking at other options

Do not be fooled or be ripped off from this company... All the 5 star reviews are fake...how is this company still in coral springs? Internet is always slow..dont even bother attempt to watch netflix or play video games unless u want constant lagging

Worst internet company known to man. They tell you you have the best equipment then you lose connection for a week straight. You call and they then tell you that model has had multiple problem they tell you they will change it but no one ever shows.

It’s because of their “great internet”. If you’re having problems, try calling them for a solution and it will help for a little bit until it goes out again.

Techs lack basic networking knowledge and service is absolutely terrible. Their equipment sucks, save yourself the $10 a month. And good luck getting ahold of someone.

They came out in two days after I reported the problem and it was an amplifier problem the local amplifier in my neighborhood went out and they had to replace it and that seems to be after speaking to a couple of technicians who actually don't work for bluestream but work independently that's what the problem bluestream is having amplifiers are going out

Was scheduled for an installation today. Waited 4 hours and nobody showed up or called. Probably will stay with Comcast if this is any indication of their service.

It took a while but I finally have blue stream working. I don't have home phone service with BS. I have a basic landline, bells and whistles. I suggest you keep a hardwired phone, without an answering machine attached. Keep in mind, if power goes out your answering machine phone is unusable. I'm retired from ATT after 37+ years. ALWAYS keep a basic landline. Again, cordless phones are usually useless during a power outage. I would suggest you call BS and ask for Rudy!! Good luck!!! If it's not working soon you can call the PSC but give Rudy a chance. He & his coworkers are great.

I cannot locate my password, and am told Bluestream keeps no record of them. If my only option is the change my password, ho do I do that? Phil
