Contstantly slow internet. Horrible range. On hold all the time. They have one solution - switch out the modem every time. 3 modems so far and sometimes I get less the 2 MG speed. NOT worth it - looking at other options

the internet and tv are constantly off and out of service. I can not reach a tech or service agent by phone at anytime whenever l call!!!
I can't believe how many FAKE reviews this business have. Instead of spending their time helping the clients... they spend their time creating FAKE 5 REVIEWS.
Ive had many problems in the past and still having issues now. Called their number and got the worst tech ever in the phone. I was an inconvenience to his life and he sounded like he was not paying attention to our conversation...

It’s because of their “great internet”. If you’re having problems, try calling them for a solution and it will help for a little bit until it goes out again.
I live in kings point. We all have blue stream. I am very happy with the service and the WI-FI is excellent. Different strokes for different folks.

They came out in two days after I reported the problem and it was an amplifier problem the local amplifier in my neighborhood went out and they had to replace it and that seems to be after speaking to a couple of technicians who actually don't work for bluestream but work independently that's what the problem bluestream is having amplifiers are going out
Agree the worst provider!! Very expensive with horrible service.

I live in that area. I have to reset my internet at least 2 times a week. So your answer is never.

Wow. That is contrary to my experience. I've never had a no-show with BlueStream. I would def call Customer Service. Good luck either way.

Call Blue Stream they are very good in helping people
It took a while but I finally have blue stream working. I don't have home phone service with BS. I have a basic landline, bells and whistles. I suggest you keep a hardwired phone, without an answering machine attached. Keep in mind, if power goes out your answering machine phone is unusable. I'm retired from ATT after 37+ years. ALWAYS keep a basic landline. Again, cordless phones are usually useless during a power outage. I would suggest you call BS and ask for Rudy!! Good luck!!! If it's not working soon you can call the PSC but give Rudy a chance. He & his coworkers are great.

There "corporate" location is the one on sample. Their corporate office can careless about any real time repairs on issues. They make statements, no real customer service. Good luck looking for solutions that won't co$$t you...

Yes!!! I've had it for four months. They did upgrades and my internet is flying.
