I have astigmatism. Has there been advances in the procedure from a few years ago? Is it one eye for distance and one for up close vision?

My daughter had a massive astimatism. The eye doctors would not even allow her to have contacts because of it. She did a consultation and they originally told her that they probably could not help. They gave Dr. Ellis her chart to review, and he was willing to give LASIK a try and to work with her. He originally thought it might take a couple sessions to accomplish. My daughter had ONE LASIK and now has better than perfect vision! That is correct, Dr Ellis fixed her vision in one sitting! For the first time in her life, she can now see dimension! Her astigmatism was so bad, that it caused her ability to distinguish dimension to be nice and void, and now she has 20/15 vision and can see in 3D. It was an amazing miracle for her. So to you, I highly recommend that you call them and schedule a consultation. Dr. Ellis may very well become your miracle maker, too!!!

They will be able to address your astigmatism. It depends on severity. They offer free consultations!
