I’m currently waiting to receive contacts that I ordered in late July. They’ve screwed up my order 2 times now because nobody knows how to do their job correctly. The 1st time, the lady only ordered me contacts for my right eye…WHAT ABOUT MY LEFT EYE?? the 2nd time I was told that my order got lost in the computer system….which sounds like a sad lie. Do not go to Visionworks! I am very unhappy and disappointed and still waiting on my contacts for my left eye!

I have been trying to get a hold of somebody for two weeks. I try calling , nobody answers. I tried to use the online chat says its not available. Went to the store at Oakview around noon and it was closed for lunch. Called the 800 number and was put on hold. I am trying to see if my contacts have been ordered. I believe I will take my business elsewhete.

Review from Charley Ludwig: If I were to write a review last August when I got my glasses it would not be good. Very poor customer service plus the person helping me was just plain rude. And on top of that my glasses were never right even after supposedly being sent back to be corrected. My husband and I have been long ti e customers so I decided to go back again. My first question was, are you under new management since last August? The lady said yes, so I told her my story about my glasses. She, her name is Marsha and she was so professional, helpful and she apologized over and over for the poor service. I could not be happier with my glasses and with the way Marsha assured me she would take care of the issue. My glasses came in in a timely fashion. I recommend Eyemasters and Marsha five stars ⭐️
